The Season Pass is an annual font license from Trequartista Studio. Draft terms — last updated November 2026.
1. What you get
The Season Pass grants the Licensee Champions-level usage rights for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase (“the Term”):
- Season 1 — 1 font of the Licensee’s choice
- Season 3 — up to 3 fonts of the Licensee’s choice
- Season All — every font in the Trequartista catalogue, including fonts released during the Term
2. Permitted use during the Term
- Unlimited jerseys and merchandise, including professional club jerseys worldwide
- Logo usage (companies under 1,500 employees)
- Unlimited business social media accounts, digital ads and broadcast
- Web fonts; 1 native app / web app / game (up to 1.25M downloads)
- Installation on the Licensee’s own devices and those of its direct production partners, for the Licensee’s projects only
3. Changing fonts
- Season 1 and Season 3: the selected font(s) may be changed when the pass is renewed.
- Season All: the Licensee may use any font in the catalogue at any time during the Term.
4. When the pass ends
- Products manufactured or published during the Term (e.g. jerseys, printed merchandise, existing artwork) may continue to be worn, sold and distributed after the Term.
- No new products, artwork or production runs may be created with the fonts after the Term ends, unless the pass is renewed or a perpetual license is purchased.
- Font files must be removed from all devices and systems within 30 days after the Term ends.
5. Renewal
The Season Pass does not renew automatically. The Licensee will receive an email reminder before the Term ends and may renew by purchasing a new Season Pass.
6. Not permitted
- Resale, sublicensing, redistribution or sharing of the font files outside the Licensee’s organisation
- Modifying the fonts and distributing them as a new font
- Transfer of the pass to another club or company without written consent
7. General
All other terms of the Trequartista Studio End User License Agreement apply. Trequartista Studio retains all rights, title and ownership of the fonts.
